MEDITERRANEAN DIET The menu at Cantina del Marchese was perhaps based on an even older local gastronomic tradition. Just off the main square of Marina di Camerota, this was a feast of salumi, cheeses, cavatelli pasta, porcini mushrooms and sott'olio.
