THE SCENT OF WINE, OR AROMA, IN WINE EVALUATION When father and son left Napoli to go back to the grandfather’s land, it was a matter of integrating into a complex context: Lapio, the famous cru of Fiano di Avellino (Irpinia area, south of Italy). Hence the main goal was the production of a unique wine even before the developing of the winery as a whole.
