THE CAESAR AUGUSTUS HOTEL JOINS OTHERS IN STATUTO'S ITALIAN PORTFOLIO The Italian real estate group bought the hotel in Anacapri. The five-star hotel is situated on the edge of a 300-meter-high cliff, allowing it views across the Bay of Naples. The original villa was built in 1850. In 1940, it was purchased by the Signorini family and converted to a hotel, and in 1995 was refurbished to a luxury standard.
