The hotel started as a B&B run by one-time mayor of the town, and is now beautifully managed by his grandchildren. The Marincanto is decorated in a typical elegant Amalfi Coast style. The in-house facilities are starting with the fabulous terraced gardens which tumble down to the beach club at the bottom of the cliff accessed by 300 knee-challenging stone steps.
