THE GARDEN'S OVEN BUILT AT THE REQUEST OF FERDINAND II OF BOURBON The pizzaiuolo and maccaronaro Don Domenico Testa fulfilled the wish of Maria Teresa, second wife of the king, to taste his "two grains" pizza at Masseria, that obtaining, as thanks, the title of Monzù. In 1889 another pizzaiuolo gained much recognition: Raffaele Esposito, owner of the pizzeria "Regina d'Italia".
