THE YEAR 'ZERO' OF AGLIANICO Tempa di Zoè winery was officially founded in 1999, when Bruno De Conciliis began producing Zero, the “Super Campanian” wine from partially dried Aglianico grapes. He bottled his own side project: the first wine he made alone without the help of an enologist. He aimed for power by drying grape bunches appassimento-style before fermentation.
