A TRUE 'SWEET' REVOLUTION Pietro Macellaro is deeply rooted in the Upper Cilento, in Piaggine, a location at the foot of Monte Cervati, surrounded by ancient beech forests, rivers, and wildlife. However, his work is known far beyond Italian borders, thanks to collaborations with renowned international chefs and the opening of outlets abroad. He was the first to envision pastry-making as the pinnacle of agricultural work, specifically that of a four-hectare farm.
